How much does gutter cleaning cost?
From £45 for a bungalow and £49 for a terrace, up to £79 for a detached house. That covers clearing, bagging and removing the waste. You're told the price before anything is booked, and there's no VAT on top.
Do you need ladders against my house?
Not on most homes. A gutter vacuum reaches roughly 40ft from the ground, so nothing leans on your brickwork, guttering or conservatory. Ladders only come out where access genuinely demands it, and only with your say so.
Do I need to be at home?
No. All that's needed is access to the sides and rear of the property. You get the before and after photos by message, and pay once you've seen them.
How often should gutters be cleared?
Once a year for most houses. If you back onto trees, or have moss on the roof washing down into the runs, twice a year is more realistic. Autumn is the busiest period, so book early if you want a date before the winter rain.
What if it turns out to be a bigger job?
You get told before any extra work happens. If a downpipe is solid, or a run needs re-levelling, we explain what's involved and what it costs, then you decide. Nothing gets added to the bill after the fact.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, cash or bank transfer, once the job is finished and you've seen the photos. There's no deposit and no callout charge.
Are you insured?
Yes. Public liability cover is in place on every job and the certificate is available on request.
